Technology Transfer

This is a center for human and organization development which covers various aspects of software engineering ranging from training new technology for software development to project management. This center works with Center of Information Engineering (CISE) to promote the use of Capability Maturity Model (CMM) of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI), Carnegie Mellon University as a framework for improvement of software organization.
